I’m a tech-savvy, bilingual marketing professional with a passion for creating informative and engaging content. I have experience in the legal and higher education industries. I’ve crafted online and print communication and collaterals for the University of Miami, Miami Dade College and law firms. I’ve coordinated website content and design, including WordPress sites, and am knowledgable in CMS and CRM systems, including intermediate to advanced skills with MailChimp and Act-On and basic knowledge of Salesforce. I’ve also organized events, including industry conferences and information sessions.
I worked in family law and commercial litigation, where I helped manage the attorney-client relationship, conducted legal research and provided administrative support. This serves me well in understanding the demands of the legal profession.
What sets me apart is my ability to build interpersonal relationships. I’ve done this through spearheading new initiatives, including co-founding a leadership development program for students at Miami Dade College and having served as a mentor and leader for several Latino and paralegal organizations.
I have a strong writing background and have crafted online and print stories and articles for the University of Miami School of Law, University of Miami’s Distraction Magazine, Latinos in College, and Miami Dade College Forum. As a content creator, I also enjoy distributing that content through different platforms, from the web to social media. What drives me to excel is coming up with creative ways to drive engagement.
Outside of the office, I play roller derby and help manage the league’s branding and image as well as operations as board secretary. I also write poetry and occasionally perform spoken word.
